2. How long is the waiting time for repairs?

For general repairs, it usually takes less than 1 hour. For more complex repairs, we aim to complete them on the same day or by the next day, depending on the issue. We’ll keep you updated on the progress!

3. Can I leave my bike at the shop and collect it later?

Absolutely! If you’re in a hurry, feel free to drop off your bike and go. Once the repair is done, we’ll give you a call. You can pick it up at your convenience during our opening hours. 

4. How often do I need to service my bike?

• ⏱️ Safety Check: We recommend a safety check 6 weeks after purchasing a new bike or immediately after buying a second-hand bike.

• 🔧 Full Service: If you ride your bike daily, a full service is recommended every 3 months.

• ⭐ Gold Service: For regular riders, a gold service is ideal every 6 months..

• 💎 Premium Service: A premium service is recommended every 12 months for optimal bike maintenance.
